Legal Right to Work in the UK – Do You Know the Rules?

Book your place

The worst thing an employer can do is bury its head in the sand when it comes to dealing with Right to Work checks. Home Office regulations apply to EVERYONE - even local people who have lived in the UK all their lives.

Employers have faced civil penalties for failing to conduct these checks; the maximum civil penalty for each individual who does not have the right to work in the UK is a very sobering £20,000. It is therefore crucial that employers and HR staff are equipped with the knowledge, skills and support required to ensure their organisation remains compliant.

Jacqueline Woodland is an Immigration Consultant with over 18 years' experience in direct corporate/business immigration. She has recently moved her company from London to Burnley and is now providing support to local businesses.

Join us for this interactive breakfast workshop on 31 January 2019 from 08:00 - 10:00 to find out how you can ensure your company is fully compliant - and the steps you can take to ensure future compliancy.

This free event will be of particular interest to business owners, HR managers, recruitment managers, recruitment agencies, hospitality/restaurants, employers of overseas workers, nominated company authorising officers.
