Philanthropy Lunch

Book your place

Liverpool Chamber and Liverpool Charity and Voluntary Services have launched a new series of events focussed on bringing businesses and charities together.

This lunchtime event will benefit representatives from the Charity sector, potential donors and philanthropists within the business community and for businesses seeking to involve themselves in the charity sector.

The third sector is a massive contributor to the local and national economy and the benefits to both business and charities working together in mutual cooperation is huge. This event will inform, educate and inspire guests while The Athenaeum provides a fabulous venue for this inaugural event with a long history of philanthropic activity in the city.

Delegates will hear from two pre-lunch speakers. Our keynote speaker after an excellent lunch is Roy Morris, the High Sheriff of Liverpool who will be discussing his work as a philanthropist, how local charities can better engage philanthropists and as a business what the benefits have been.
