But how much can employers be expected to do in supporting workers outside of the business environment? Probably not a lot and understandably.
This event is designed to give employers some easy-to-follow-through ideas and free resources to enable employers to encourage men to get support outside of work and to help them get their heads sorted; meaning you as an employer get better productivity and outcomes.
CALM has been supporting men on Merseyside for over 10 years and is an award winning, highly commended campaign, offering a confidential helpline and web resources to support lads in a no-nonsense and practical way.
We're hosting this evening at the award winning bar/venue, Parr Street's Studio 2, where Take That, the Spice Girls, Echo & The Bunnymen and many more recorded.
Join us for a complimentary drink and finger food made by TV's Liverpool "Come Dine With Me" champion Ian Cook, as we look at easy and free ways you can encourage your workforce to improve their personal wellbeing. It's good for them and it's good for you as an employer. We'll also be asking for your thoughts and feedback on supporting staff.
Plus, want to stand on the spot where Chris Martin recorded the haunting piano on the track "Trouble"? You can do that too!!
