PRINCE 2
Prince2 is an internationally recognised process-based approach for project management, providing an easily tailored and scaleable project management methodology for the management of all types of projects.
The method is the industry standard for project management and is practiced worldwide.
The 5 day course includes the following:
- instructor led tuition
- individual and group exercises
- sample exam papers
- 2 exams
- delegate pack
- evening work
It is essential that delegates allow time for pre-course work (10-15 hours recommended).
On completion of the course the delegates will have:
- Defined a project
- Distinguished between the Components, Processes and Techniques used in PRINCE2
- Identified the terminology used in PRINCE2
- Applied PRINCE2 to a given scenario
- Prepared for, and taken, the PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner examinations
Examination and Certification
The event includes the Foundation and Practitioner examinations both of which are multiple choice. Delegates who pass the Practitioner examination are awarded the qualification of 'Registered PRINCE2 Practitioner'. This course is accredited by the APM Group.
